Adult Ministries
Men's Prayer Time
All men are encouraged and invited to join the Pastor and deacons Sunday mornings at 8:30 am to pray for the needs on our church prayer list and for the day's services.
Men's Fraternity
Men sixteen and older meet every Tuesday morning at 6:00 am and Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm. This ministry provides men with an encouraging process that teaches them how to live lives of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God. Church membership is not required to participate in the Men's Fraternity.
Women On Mission
Women of the church meet to discuss, plan, and introduce mission projects. If you have a passion for missions you need to be a part of this ministry.
Discipleship Training
The purpose of the Discipleship training program is to encourage Christians in their journey of faith by providing courses that will help believers grow spiritually. Classes are offered at 6:00 pm on Sunday nights from September through May.
Caring and Sharing
Members of this ministry meet every Monday morning at 10:00 am for a time of devotion from God's Word, and to encourage and uplift others by praying for them, sending cards and prayer letters to those who are sick, and making phone calls to absentees.
Young at Heart
Forestbrook's ministry to senior adults. Meetings are at 6:00 pm on the second Saturday of each month. Challenging devotions, home-cooked food, and great Christian fellowship are all part of this ministry.
Audio/Video Ministry
This ministry assists in presenting the gospel message by providing multi-media support during worship services and/or other church sponsored events. If you like working with computers, sound systems, and other electronic equipment, this is the ministry for you.
Emergency Food Pantry
After an interview with one of our pastors, needy families are provided with food baskets and/or grocery vouchers that may be redeemed at one of the local Food Lion stores.
